Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what is said.

We confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. We reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state contractor licensing board may also be able to help.
